I love, love, love all the photo`s! Thank you so much for posting them! My Gunner would be so proud!
Billie, Gunner was a beautiful dog. I love his snow picture!
My spaniel Alix loved the snow, too. When she was about 14 the veterinarian said he worried about hypothermia at her age, and warned against letting her play in the snow. Boy, was she depressed! So we found a wonderful “coat” for her that covered her from neck to tail, and we found booties for her. She pulled off the booties as soon as we put them on her, but she loved her coat and would dance happily around as soon as she saw us get it off the hook.
She had another four winters after we got her coat, and I’m happy to say she enjoyed many a snowy romp in those years!

I love this page. I wanted to add one like this when I began my Dog Leader Mysteries 5 years ago, but life got in the way. I will add this idea for building my author Web site on Weebly this year.
Love, love, love your blog. Re-blogging your “Move Over Miss Marple” today.
Thank you so much! I don’t know anything about Weebly but I can help you if you want to add something like this to a WordPress site.
Susan, I came here because I wanted to thank you for your very recent decision to follow Learning from Dogs. Thank you, and if you ever want to share a story about dogs with my readers then please do. I have a link on my blog site for that purpose.
Paul, thank you for your kind offer. And please accept my apologies for the delayed response to your comment. I’m 62,000 words into my current WIP and tend to lose track of anything else when writing.
